Job description:

1. Responsible for formulating the annual and monthly maintenance plan of the guaranteed equipment, the demand plan of materials, spare parts and accessories, and reporting them in the specified time. And according to the actual equipment maintenance plan and production situation on site, the unit will be repaired and maintained as planned;

2. Prepare the maintenance plan according to the plan, and implement it in strict accordance with the plan after the on-site review is passed; provide the model and quantity of the spare parts required for the warranty and the list of the model and quantity of the special tools in the first two months Submit regular maintenance plans to the site weekly;

3. To organize personnel to repair emergency mechanical failures at the maintenance site;

4. Responsible for formulating rectification plans for technical failures on site;

5. Responsible for notifying Party A in written form when the equipment has a mechanical failure that cannot be repaired temporarily, explaining the failure phenomenon, cause, handling method, required time and impact;

6. Responsible for the establishment of equipment files for the operation and maintenance of equipment at the maintenance site, and record the content of maintenance, failure phenomena, failure analysis, troubleshooting, and replacement of spare parts in accordance with the standard text. Model, quantity, maintenance personnel, inspectors, and acceptance personnel And other content, detailed statistics to the required monthly, quarterly, and annual summary;

7. Responsible for guiding the work of maintenance personnel, timely stopping maintenance personnel's behaviors that do not conform to operating procedures, quality management regulations and HSE requirements, and correct them;

8. Responsible for cooperating with the work of electrical engineers;

9. Manage and maintain self-provided tools and tools, materials, accessories, etc. provided on site. For tools and instruments that are lost or damaged by improper operation, they shall be reported to the manager of the technical department to compensate or supplement according to the tool management regulations;

10. Regularly train employees on mechanical equipment, technology and other related knowledge;

11. Responsible for analyzing the operation reports of each station;

12. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
